I don't usually criticize guides. I think it's pretty easy to tear down others ideas and hard work when it doesn't coincide with your own. However, this isn't good. I think you could put this build on just about any character and do significant damage with it if you have two other characters to stand in the way and keep you alive. It's not really a good representation of how to play Baron or helpful to someone learning to play him.
