Why this build Top

Pros:
With this build you can be the adc of the team and you will have a lot of basic damage, speed attack and some of life steal with defensive item
with journey boots you can do jungle very fast and with your 2 world trigger you will attack 150% more faster and with sorrowblade and serpent mask you will have 240+ basic damage and 20% of life steal i use this build for all my games and i can kill krakem alone

Cons:
This build its so hard to you complete in game because use 10000 of gold you need be very good to farm gold and so ability because if you dont have ability you will die fast when you are buying the items
