Forward Barrage: use this on minions and when your opponent is low on health. You can also kite with this move.
Suri Strike: This is your main damage dealer, it does massive damage especially in the early game.
Death From Above: Doesnt do a whole lot of damage, but the stun and slow from it are invalueable.
Skye is extremely squishy throughout the game which is why i highly reccomend getting
Dragonheart as your first major item, ususally this will be good enough for the game but if you find yourself getting caught alot by stuns then you should definatly upgrade to
Crucible. Skye is more of an assassin to me so thats how i use her, weave and dive through the fight and be that sight for opponents to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. Also because you are so squishy, do NOT start a fight you dont think you can win, only if you have allies nearby, she might look like a tank but really, [[Taka could be a better one. Also,
Skye is a chasing champ, she lives for that chase, that why she was made... For the chase, get your
Suri Strike to overdrive and you can chase down someone who might have seemed free, prevent their escape using
Death From Above infront of them to slow them down and bring you and your allies closer to the kill. But this is not its only use! You can also send down a wall of missiles inbetween your opponent and you or an allie for a great escape and keep your team in the fight, or make that quick getaway. While her hero profile might say laner, she is also very effective in the jungle, being that she has little health to avoid little pot shots from the other laner, your health can go down very quckly. If you are going to use her in the jungle, be very cautious of early match aggro.
Dont make the same mistake I did, dont engage using
Forward Barrage, you need to get that target lock on them, this will let that ability to do more damage and if they try and run away you can use your
Suri Strike, then let the chase begin.
Clockwork: Get this item to keep your abilities ready to use, it will come in very handy during the chase when you can use your
Suri Strike often. I reccomend keeping chronograph untill you really need clockwork.
Crucible: Like i said, dragonheart should do just fine, but if you find yourself in a tough situation itd be nice to have a reflex block.
Frostburn: This is an essential item in your build, this will help your
Suri Strike deal massive damage but also bake her better at what shes best at. You can get away with heavy prism most of the time but sometimes frostburn can turn the tide of fights.
Journey Boots: this should be your last t2 and t3 item, she already has fantastic gap closers its not an essential item. However, if you find yourself running away alot, it wouldent be a bad investment.
Sorrowblade and
Tornado Trigger are pretty self explanitory.
