Try Tension Bow and double Tyrant's Monocle plus Sorrowblade, similar to Baron. Dam burst.

Tension Bow should also be one of the core item because it works well with her heroic perk

Just tested it out in game, and it works pretty well unless you're behind and they already have armor items
