Celeste is a very dominant mage, able to deal massive amounts of damage while staying alive. This build helps Celeste do exactly that.

Why Aftershock? Top

Celeste heliogenesis and core collapse have low cooldowns, allowing you to use the abilities in rapid succession. With aftershock, you would be able to maintain a good amount of health.

Why do u need the Blazing Salvo? Top

When paired with aftershock, you would be able to land your basic attacks in between abilities faster.
