 Kestrel Lock her up inside your ultimate and she's good as dead. Make sure to throw a flare inside if you do catch her to make sure you can find her.

 Ringo Great counter to Ringo. If both teams carrys are killing each other or your carry is losing the 1v1 a simple vanguard will quickly turn the tides of the fight.

 Flicker Still a danger but is the second best hero to stop a flicker gank. The best is Lance.

 Blackfeather Is still a great danger to your carry whether he is a carry himself or a junglier. If you fail you vanguard in time your ally will almost always die, but a vanguard will almost definitely secure the life of your ally.

 Catherine Another support who has the easiest time stunning you out of your ultimate. Be aware of her. You may jump your way into a stun and die very soon.

 Vox Vox will bounce his shots off of you onto your teammates after you vanguard an ally. Be aware of this before joining back with your team. You may get them killed.

 Joule Very scary hero to fight against. She's very powerful, make sure when you see the circle form under your ally not to vanguard immediately for you might be stunned out of your vanguard and then your both stuck.

 Ardan Arran is a very protective captain, who is know for his clutch saves when you thought you were dead. Use your vanguard to save your allies from bad situations. Use your B for damage early game and a gab closer for late game saves or to set up for a gauntlet.

 Alpha Very dangerous for the fact that alpha will get her stacks off of you. You must get in front of alpha if she tries to A herself to your allies.

 Petal Petal is a huge threat against every hero. Arran is a great way of saving an ally from her minions. Be careful once you save your ally petal will come for you. Make sure you have a way out.

Ardan is one of the best captains in the game. He's very dominate offensively and defensively. Make sure to practice him before taking him into a rank. Great starter hero for new to the captain position. I hope my guide helped. Good luck to you all.
