Pure crystal power is doing so little for anka in 3.8 that it is better to buy functional items, be a half support when everyone else get full items.

2* weapon blade makes clearing the jungle or CS easier. Sell them when you get the core items half done, or try weapon route, crystal power does nothing for anka in early game.
