Pugging just stands for Pick Up Group-ing. It's an old term from MMOs I believe. I tweeted the devs about how the skill tier works and they said they use an ELO rating system. Click on it for the wiki page. But basically depending on how well you do in a match compared to the opponent(s) and their rating will depend on how it affects your rating. Example: You're in Decent-ish and you get slaughtered by someone about to move up to Pretty Good, your rating won't suffer as much as a loss...

You missed Alternating Current, and a third Clockwork. Everyone needs 150% cooldown acceleration.

It'd be interesting to see which build would fair better against each other. A lot would depend on teammates, but a 1v1 would be sweet! What's you're favorite items to use offensively under the situational section?

You did figure it out! ^-^ I tend to suck at offensive builds with Catherine which is why I started finding good ways to simply not die while playing her xD

The cooldown is 15 seconds for anyone wanting to know (as of 12/19/14)

I know some items show how long their active ability's cooldown is (i.e. journey boots), but most items do not. One such item this is a major problem for is atlas pauldron. Because you don't know how long the CD is, metal jacket looks WAY better, but the CD is only about 20-30 seconds (I think). That's a game changer! Another bit of info I'd love to see added to item descriptions is whether or not item effects can stack. Can you have two tension bows working together to have 360 bonus...
