Kite krul with goop and keep fan the flames on him and he should start realizing he needs to run. krul is a tough opponent, often times, as a team, you need to focus him down first. If he's built all defense, just keep him occupied while you take down his allies. I agree with @ahmong that glaive has a hard time going up against krul. I'd love a spectator mode. To just be able to watch higher ranked opponents duke it out to see how to improve. Twitch is a decent option, but I'd love to have control over what/where the camera is.

I know it's all situational, but do you guys feel it's better to try and get most of the tier 2 items in your build or just go straight for your first tier 3 item. Example: A ringo building a tension bow before he even buys anything else (besides for some halcyon potion). Alternatively, he could go for six sins, piercing spear, eclipse prism, and blazing salvo to eventually build a tension bow and an alternating current.

Yeah, a smart skaarf will always build a relfex block to ensure he can get dragon breath off or escape from getting stunned and then focused down.
