Well you don't need the ironguard contract anyway if you let the jungler take the damage since he gets healed from the single jungle monster camps, but I agree that Aegis can be useful in someone cases, it's just that I see lots of roamers get aegis as their first item, then get a metal jacket and no team wide items.

That build gives you practically no defense and leaves you vulnerable to assassins and heroes with high burst damage like Koshka or Ringo because they can kill you before you get spun up. I recommend dropping a Tyrant's Monocle or the Tornado Trigger but you can also drop Breaking Point if they are going burst.

Reim's fortified health is really useful in the lane, and his A allows him to farm minions from a distance, but he runs out of energy quickly if you spam it too much. Ozo can recover his health back but you can’t spam it either or else you will run out of energy and be useless. Overall, all of them can be good in lane but you have to use them well or else you will die but the easiest hero to play as right now in the lane would probably be Glaive or Reim.

Get your allies to burst her down and don't stay close together so she can't get her stacks up. You should also get your whole team to focus her if she's the one doing most of the damage. Don't forget to get your roam to flare up so you don't get ambushed by her. Also, stay behind your roam and retreat when necessary. Don't run when it's too late and you're going to die anyway.

There is a glitch where if someone leaves it's range in a weird way, it will just stand there and do nothing and get destroyed if there are already heroes/minions attacking it. I've seen it happen 3 times before and all of times, it was with a joule jumping onto it right before it locks on (I think) which renders the turret useless because it just sits there doing nothing and acting like there are no enemies around. It happened a couple times in around 1.10 but I thought that it was just a 1...

I would advise overdriving the A over the B if you want massive burst, and getting Halcyon Chargers over Journey Boots in the CP build. Joule may also need to get rid of Clockwork in order to make room more another defense item. You may also need to switch out Breaking Point for another defense item if needed in the WP build too.

I think that this is a great guide, but personally, I think that over driving Prime Directive is better than getting the third point on your ult because you will do more damage, have a longer range, have more slow, and have a shorter cooldown. Also, Alternating Current is important to CP Alpha because the cooldown of Core CHarge gets decreased by 1 sec for every basic attack which allows you to do more damage and makes it easier to keep the Core Overload stacks.
