Precisely why Vox is so good and Taka is directly and indirectly buffed. His mortal wound becomes more important since he has the easiest Ability based mortal wound(without shiv). Vox can easily build to sustain, unlike Gwen/Baron who must burst.

Taka has one CC. X-RETSU! BLEED YOU MT*K. Same as fortress, and since he can easily do it and maintain the bleed, he's better than Fortress in CC. Target the one squishy dud and Auto Attack after an X retsu. No heal can save him now.
