I prefer SoloQ. But when I want to learn something, I would team up with people from T10 Vainglorious to play casuals, so they can teach me a thing or two. People in POA are good too, but they're not strategically perfect, although almost all of them are mechanically perfect.

I should make a smurf and help carry people out of T4 ot T5. But then I'm facing the same problem at T7 and T8.

I am exploring other MOBAs such as AOV and MLBB. So far, AoV is quite good. I also tried the very popular "Kings Of Glory" since I can read Chinese. There are much better builds out there which are months old. You seriously need to do your research. This build of yours is too enemy-specific. Add more options and update your knowledge.

Decent. Lack alternative build paths. Shatterglass can be good if the enemy has higher mobility than expected, or teamfights are quick. There are many other situations such as those when you don't need Metal Jacket or Broken Myth. Different build path for Blitz/BR, sometimes you might also need two boots with less defense. Yes, you might need 2 boots. Eg: Lyra+Vox+Skye, and your captain can't afford War Treads yet. You never know when you're gonna get bad team or bad draft.
