This has happened to me before. It usually occurs when I lag or the game freezes. Shortly after these events, it would close. I'm sure the devs will patch it eventually, but for the time being you could maybe take steps to strengthen your connection, in order to prevent possible crashes.

I like it. This would definitely help with testing builds/practicing with team members. I support this.

This is great. Your build is played just like a burst assassin should be. You engage with X-Retsu, start hitting them for high damage, then disappear with Kaku. This build does very well early game, but I found that you need competent teammates in order for it to excel late game.

They should just add a lot more messages, and probably return the ? ping. A chat box for this game would be too slow, and (as said already in this thread) you could get killed in that time.

Interesting build. My only problem with this is the lack of mobility and durability. I understand that glass cannon can work sometimes, but if someone like Taka dodges/reflex blocks your ult, then engages hard on you, you'll get shredded. And normally you could just speed away if you had boots, but without any type of mobility besides your B, that could prove difficult. I would suggest swapping Stormcrown for Halcyon Chargers if you feel like the CD reduction on your B would be good enough....

Opinions on Churnwalker's skillset? I think his ganks are going to be really strong, and I can definitely see him working as a CP Jungler.

I don't intend to be rude, but are you a bot? Literally all of your posts are just hero montages. And the format leads me to believe it was computer processed. If you're not just a computer program, I would advise you to stop posting videos in any section other than Vainglory discussion. It specifically states in the rules that you should keep things on-topic, and last time I checked, Vainglory videos shouldn't be in Guide Discussion.

You just get bonus Glory in the final match you play to complete the achievement. Perhaps you didn't see it because it was in the Spoils of War.
