I always felt like Gwen needed a bit more defense in order to function properly, and since her damage is normally high without that much CP, it would make sense to add a bit more defense and HP (but that's just my opinion). Yeah, the matchmaking system has numerous issues. However, I don't think it can be fixed. The very concept of skill tiers makes the lower tiers awful, so I would suggest joining a team or partying up with a skilled player until you reach a high tier where your allies are actually good.

This is interesting. After the reset, I had received no decay, strangely. But after playing a few matches (which I did not lose) it seemed to have decayed around 1 full tier. I assume it's just a display issue, but you could contact SEMC and tell them about it, if you feel that it's very important. Also, maybe contacting the Support team could help as well. Whichever one you think would be best, if any.
