Try to analyze your mistakes after each match, and attempt to improve as a player. Also, you could join a team with other skilled players. Joining a team was part of why I was able to escape elo hell last season. Other than that idk.

To upvote a guide you press the thumbs up and it will add to the score. It doesn't give you a notification or anything. The +rep is used if you want to award someone for being helpful. I think the system only allows a user to get rep once per week (Rep stands for reputation, by the way). The Unremarkable tag is given upon getting at least 1 rep. Then comes some other things, like Notable. I'm not sure about the video, though.

No need to apologize. You didn't offend me, I was just wondering what you meant. I hope I didn't appear too defensive or rude, I just have a strange style of typing. And to answer your question, I think I've had him for roughly 2 weeks.

CS can also stand for critical strike. Also, KDA is a very specific formula which is Kills+Assists/Deaths. This is useful for determining generally how well you did in matches, although of course it isn't always 100% accurate, even if you add more variables. For example: getting a KDA of 1 could mean that you had 1 kill, 11 deaths, and 10 assists. This is pretty bad, but it doesn't determine how good of a teammate you are, just shows how frequently you died in comparison to your kills....

And by linking you that guide, I'm sharing my strategies for that hero, responding to the last statement in your original post ("Comment/post your thoughts on this new hero"), and effectively providing space for discussion of strategies while simultaneously giving my opinion. I fail to understand my mistake.
