This would obviously depend on your build, but with WP Skye you'll want to use your auto attacks more than Forward barrage. Use forward barrage when you need range. forward barrage is also better for kiting.

No one has mentioned her so I will, but I think Celeste is one of the strongest laners in the game. There's a bit of a learning curve to her, but she's very strong.

I'd personally put Alpha at the top. Refreshing her ult is ridiculous, but it's only 3 lives, not 4. Original, Reboot - here is where you'd use the Echo - , and then one final life. Plus now that energy effects how fast she reboots it makes her very hard to kill during reboot. Best way to grow your guild is just to invite anyone on your friends list that doesn't have a guild, add and invite anyone you play in game with that doesn't have a guild already as well. Now that guilds show no matter what it's easy to tell who those people are.
