I agree with the sentiment, however the frostburn does apply slow to his A which then makes him ungodly annoying.

I'm always excited for new characters, question is can they deliver? I was disappointed when the dev stream said you could hybrid but his paths didn't synergize well. So yet again no true hybrid character.

Without knowing all the details my initial thought would be hero kills. Hero kills are worth more than minions. If your opponents are getting more hero kills while you are only 10 cs ahead they are going to level faster.

The ideal situation would be to hit it before you arrive. However, that would take some practice on your part. I'm not currently educated on the length of time it takes alpha to close the gap using prime directive, that length of time would also change depending on the distance to be closed.
