The tyrant's monocle is fine in the build. The breaking point is only useful if you are going against tanks if they are a squishy comp goes with more burst. With adagio's B ability you can probably go 3 offensive and get more defense. slumbering husk is only good against burst comps, and is much better now that they lowered the passive cd. If you are against brawlers or poke Comps you want regular defense.

Sure if the Taka is poor enough to stay in front of the Skye. Taka is generally considered the hard counter to Skye. Taka is one of the few heroes that can keep up with the mobility of Skye, and who can get to her without needing to run through the forward barrage to do so.

I'm fortunate enough to coach 3 of the best players in NA, and despite the many opinions, I can tell you Koshka is one of the strongest heroes in the game and is feared at the higher ranks. Koshka is probably the most dominant jungler in the game. To counter her you generally need a combination of heroes. Grumpjaw is really the only singular counter to her right now.
