Is it better used poisoned shiv or alternate current for hybrid build idris?

I would think Alternate Current, unless your opponent has good lifesteal. So if they build items like Serpent's Mask or Eve of Harvest, you might want to build the Poisoned Shiv to help counter their lifesteal.
