You don't need another Serpent Mask either. But, you can replace the second Serpent Mask to a Tornado Trigger, or any tank item. But hey, good build, though.

I recommend a sorrowblade if you are going to build double serpent mask. I have used double serpent mask since like update 1.3. If you don't have a sorrowblade before second serpent mask, you won't have enough damage output.
