Just make sure to try to split the defenses of the other team. If ur lamer is building Crystal, you build weapon, if the lamer is building weapon, j build Crystal. Don't get your entire tr countered so easily.
Just tried your CP build against Celeste and Taka combo and it works wonders. The burst damage with CP does make you feel like an assassin and is a great counter to Celeste.
When you decide to build CP vs WP, do you choose based on what your laner is doing or based on the opposing team comp?
I build weapon against laners that can't kite well or are easy to afterburn. I usually play cp when I'm up against a ringo who decided he wants to mess with me by kiting. Celeste is also pretty weak to Crystal. If ur a laner who likes to keep distance, cp is very dangerous. Never pick Crystal against weapon taka and krul. Your advantage there is in upfront damage, which weapon provides a lot better

For any kind of Glaive build you should always max out your a ability because the cooldown drops drastically. Maxing Twisted Stroke only increases your cleave damage by a little.
20% damage is nowhere close to little. Your job as glaive is to spread as much AOE damage as possible. With a weapon build, your primary damage comes though crits. Spreading that on a clumped team is your goal, and a maxed twisted stroke helps you with this. Don't get me wrong here though. On a CP build, a max power afterburn is your primary source of midgame power and is a priority. On support you u need a max power afterburn to move ppl away from your carry. On the other hand, weapon glaive just wants to move both carries together so he can kill them using his high amount of weapon power and AOE cleave. He only needs one afterburn for this. Now don't get me wrong. There are times when u would Max afterburn on weapon, such as if your team lacks another stun and you are facing saw, but it is very rare that you would face saw past the SA tier, and it is even rarer that your team won't stack atlas pauldron
