In a game where your ahead 15+. In an average game probably 10+. The potions are for sustaining in the jungle forever. You dont have to go back once to base once unless you know you have to have to. The only defense item there is crucible and it only offers life so you can take more hits. Journey boots kinda count :)

Scenario: Low life low energy go back.

Another Scenario: 20 - 25% life 25% energy. Sustain with potions and the big minion from camps; auto attack and dont use skils, lifesteal from your ult is also very beneficial

A builds not gonna help your skills :P Its really the skills that kills :P

It's pretty solid but why use potions or any defense powers? What kind of kills are you getting with this?
