I usually use Frostburg because I like getting close and if you use Frostburg they can't engage on you if you're close

Although I respect your opinion on Shatterglass over Frostburn, I prioritize Frostburn for the immense kiting potential, not the easier skillshot.

I generally do worse if I get Frostburn, the 50 extra crystal power is a lot when you consider the insanely high crystal ratios on Skye. 100 Damage per second and even more when you consider the Broken Myth amplifier.
