Ironguard and Stormguard passives help with enemy minions and gold collection for early to mid game. Skye's damage will prove fair in team fights, but lack elsewhere early game. Use Skye's high mobility to make up for lack of power early on. Mid to late game Skye can hold up very well providing her mobility is used as intended. Be mindful that Skye is a Sniper and should be played as such.

Final build will allow frequent ability usage for maneuverability and raining down on enemy team.
Forward Barrage = ~3sec CD
Suri Strike = ~6sec CD
Death from Above = ~16sec CD
*I have played around with both Red and Blue builds. Red seems to have very little effect in comparison to Blue.
