5. Tyrant's Monocle
6. Tension Bow
Early Game Tactics Top
Try to stick to the lane. Last hit as many minions as possible. Be the aggressive person, and don't be afraid to poke now and then. Avoid chasing enemies, as turrets will take you down. Don't try to attack turrets at this time, and focus on farming instead.
Mid Game Tactics Top
By now, you should have the items in the "Early Game" set above. Now is the time to start pushing turrets. Try to have a friend nearby, but if you are absolutely sure it's safe then proceed. Flare Guns are optional, but might be useful especially in the second turret. Venturing into the jungle in this period is ok, but try to have a friend with you if you decide to invade.
Late Game Tactics Top
Proceed with this when you have at least 3.5 or 4 items in the "Late Game" set. It is extremely important you stick with your team, because you will be picked off very easily on your own. Kraken should be your main target now, but DO NOT try to solo it. Have a tanky friend nearby. Controlling the Minion Mines are also key, but that is mainly the jungler's job. Remember, Ringo is the one who stands back and deals damage. DO NOT dive or chase in this period, unless a friend is nearby. While pushing with the Kraken, ALWAYS pick off enemy heroes first, and then hit the turrets.
FARMING Top
The most important thing with Ringo is farming. Control the lane in the early game, make every minion count, and you will be off to a good start. It is ok, in the mid and late game, to venture into the jungle to farm, but only if turrets are destroyed. It is still best for Ringo to stick to the lane as much as possible. Gold Mine and Minion Mines are also key, and try to control as much of them as possible. Good Luck.
