For this build, you are mainly focusing on petals basic attack, not much on her crystal powered attacks. Early game you have to be very careful because you will probably be facing a Saw or a Ringo which can mow you down if not careful. Your main focus should be FARM FARM FARM. That is how you will beat the other laner and how you will carry the team in the end. These items are not very cheap but with good farming can be obtained around the 20 minute mark. You also have to make sure that you do not get ganked by enemy koshka's or taka's. If you would like to build some kind of defense, you can get rid of the tyrant's monocle for either a crucible, an aegis, or a metal jacket. Although this building does not utilize her Spontaneous Combustion very effectively, I still recommend that you max it out because it can be very useful when 1v1ing or when an enemy is attempting to run away. If the game is very long and you have the extra gold, I recommend picking up an alternating current and a clockwork to have an even more effective ultimate while still increasing the attack speed. The attack speed is what is going to be key in winning many fights, especially against enemy Krul's (which can easily be kited with this build) and other laners. Overall, as long as you focus on your farming, you can carry the team in the late game with your heavy damage and quick attack speed. P.S. I have also included builds for specific scenarios in order to be even more effective.
Also, a note about the timing of getting the items:
1) Tornado Trigger (Before you get this, make sure you have a heavy steal to still deal good damage)
2) Sorrowblade (At this point, try to also get the Travel Boots)
3) Journey Boots
4) Tyrants Monocle
5) Blazing Salvo
6) Alternating Current
7) Clockwork
