This is a pretty decent build. I use most of it, my variation depends on what the enemy has built. I usually go for a shatterglass for my 5th item. If they're hitting us hard then I'll go with some armor. But all in all this is a solid build, and if I have good support in jungle it's near unstoppable.

I'll have to try this build out. Does the Shred stack from thunder strikes or only from basic attacks?
