This build is quite good and it helps. The only thing is, you can switch the places of Tornado Trigger and Tyrant's Monocle. Having Tornado Trigger first can increase the potential of Serpent Mask, due to the increased attack speed. So I'd just suggest to have Tornado Trigger before you build Serpent Mask and Tyrant's Monocle be last.
pretty good build cant wait to try it out. but I might just switch crucible with fountain but that's just a personal preference.
