This build has potential because the serpents mask combined with a crucible and fountain give joule a lot of sustain, thus making her hard to kill. Just a few suggestions: since this is for a lane Joule, I would recommend getting a book of eulogies as your first item so that you can gain a little bit of health back after last hitting each lane minion. Also, I think you should alter the ability path because the only time you should really ever overdrive your jump is on a Crystal Joule. This means you should be overdriving your ult instead. Also, you want to have your thunder strike overdriven at level 8. I think that with these changes your build could do quite good.
