Just played joule today Top
Hello my name is Manhoef today I have gone 8 wins 1 loss with joule today, after the buff;this is due to the joule buffs, joule is now by far the tankiest hero in game, has the highest burst damage in game and deals around 500 cp damage per thunderstrike(very often with a clockwork). She can instakill squishy heros with her ult(3 ticks no matter what with a frostburn and they are dead), and can put out more consitstant damage other than the most wp heavy of heros. And to top that all of,she has 200 armor, 130 shield, and 1700 health. She doesn't even need to invest in defence( apart from a reflex block) to be as Tanky as a hero with a toer 3 defensive item. It is safe to say that joule is the best hero currently.
Her ult. Top
Her ult does around 1000 damage per tick to enemy heros late game with this build. Considering that she has 3 ticks of damage that last 1.5 seconds, she can secure 2 kills or more in that time period. She can abuse this ungodly ult, every 40 seconds late game, and all heros exept sometimes, vox will get hit by 3 ticks of her ult because of frostburn. Considering that there is no escape to a 3000 damage ult, Isint that a little op?
Thunderstrike Top
Late game joule can hit all 3 enemies with thunderstrike and can do up to (500-800) damage per strike. She can do this every 1.7 seconds. Oh and did I mention that it also applies the frostburn slow. You can be a carry without your ult with this.
Rocket leap Top
This ability and all of joules other abilities require impeccable aim and maneuvering to hit. However if pulled of properly, joule can stun an entire team. I do this quite often, reflex block and ult. In doing so I have just won a 1v3 in 1.5 seconds. Also nothing can get away from you with this ability and u can hop over walls to safety with it. And with this and frostburn. There will be no enemy survivors after each teamfight.
