Hi, I would like to suggest replacing the Stormcrown with a Alternating Current. Because your HEROIC PERK can be applied more often, meaning more slow. The CP is an added bonus. However, if your team is bursty and lack consistent damage for taking objectives, Stormcrown is definitely better since it also gives energy, CD reduction and more hp.

Yeah I agree with you Alternating Current could be viable especially if your allies are struggling with damage output.

Also, since your Imperial Sigil and your ULTI already works better than boots, you can replace War Treads with Halcyon Chargers to improve your CD and energy to use your imperial sigil more often. Unless your team has low mobility, like, Adagio carry, and Reim Jungle.
