Having the heavy blade and six sins would reduce the cost of sorrowblade to 1300.
Having blazing salvo and lucky strike would reduce the cost of tornado trigger to 1000.
Having void battery and heavy prism would reduce the cost of frostburn to 500.
The journey boots are a good addition to the build if you have enough money to buy it after having sorrowblade, tornado trigger and frostburn.
Clockwork helps with cooldown acceleration.
If you arrive at the stage where you can buy aegis and have the full build, you're godly.
