Build Notes Top

In the beginning of the match, Ringo will not be a very effective hero killer. You should focus most on killing minions and team killing the enemy. This build provides little to no defense so be wary of multiple enemies early on. By the end, Ringo will be a multi-killing being of awesomeness.
