 SAW His directional-ability is a major flaw in a fight against Taka, just be sure to end up behind him when he uses the knife ability.

 Ardan Be sure to take him by surprise. His arena ability and longevity can be tricky.

 Krul Depending on whether or not he knows what he's doing, Krul can be a real pain in the ass for everyone.

 Rona With high-HP and opportunity for amazing defense, until to you Aftershock, be sure to avoid her.

--- EXPLANATION --- Top

As most people know, Taka is considered an assasin-style player, with burst damage. This isn't always true, but this build optimizes his burst-damage.
Aegis is meant to keep him relatively safe, while also providing a nifty health boost.
Aftershock goes great with abilities, making take-downs of high-HP heroes that much easier.
Tension Bow adds a helpful 10% armor pierce and strengthens Taka's burst-damage.
Tornado Trigger makes melee-combat and minion fights insanely easy.
Sorrow Blade with Tornado Trigger makes you a wrecking ball for nearly anything that isn't a hero, and then some.
