Roam? Top

If you are going it alone in jg(jungle), which I do, get Kaku at lvl. 2 for escapes in case of enemy invades. If you have a roam, get lvl. 2 Kaiten which can increase killing potential in early game. But it's your choice.

NEVER RECALL Top

Don't recall its not going to help you. If you need your hp up, just use a potion and kill the healing jg camp. And make sure to dodge the first attack with a Kaiten to get the heal, early game.
