Alright so you have a lot of "same as ____" in hero threats. All heroes are different and are NOT the same as each other(all get countered differently mostly). Also, your build has barely any defense, making you extremely vulnerable and squishy. I think it would be better if you could tell us HOW to counter and WHY they're a threat. You can easily be kited and as you're not CP, chakram damage doesn't really matter, especially late game. You should also add how to play(playstyle, rotations, etc)/the mindset that you need over just plain ability combos expecting to burst and win every time(remember, they're humans as well and can improvise and won't die easily!)
Well let me just start off by saying thank you. I will definitely edit and add the counters and threats. One thing that I know for sure is that this buil really does work. The Chakram has 90% WP and 120%, so that 30% is not all that much.it still does quite a bit damage (no that much at the late game like you pointed out), but the game should end before hitting the 25 minute mark! Trust me, this is build is an actually good one. The burst is great too. Ill add more in depth playstyle too.
