Having play-tested this build, I can vouch for how effective it is, good going!

While in-game, if you tap the learn button and tap the screen which shows up you will be taken to another screen where it would show you all your stats including crit chance and crit damage. As for the calculation if your crit chance is 25%, it would mean that one in four hits would be a critical hit (though Im not sure if it is subject to pseudo-random distribution like in Dota 2). The key to defeating Joule is dancing around her and kiting. Make her miss her second skill and always focus on her in team fights. One of your team mates should always have crucible so as to negate her ult. Heroes like Ringo, Catherine, Petal and Adagio can outclass and out damage her if played and built right. Joule isn't really OP, it just seems that way as she is new and people are still finding ways to counter her.
