The only things that don't stack are passives. For boots, that is the movement increase. Everything else in the game stacks. They should clarify the "boots don't stack" statement because it makes it sound like boots are an exception to how all items work, which it is not. I've heard this build is also good with Ardan! He also tanks up, and benefits from the chase increase!

@SoulMuncha, I just thought 'Joule's Booties' was more catchy than, 'Joule Haulin Booties.' So, this was my first guide build, because I was excited to find out that the four boots was actually good instead of being terrible, but it turns out it is not a Great build. I've only won something like 1/4th of the 10 games I've played with it. Fun to play, but it's more fun to win :p so, I'll go back to the drawing board and craft another strange build!
