With 1.8, you don't gain any glory at all. Everyone is stingy with their upvotes and abusive downvotes so everyone is never in Great Karma. Especially if you play with friends, you need upvotes to maintain your Great Karma otherwise you're getting punished for not gaining upvotes at all because you can't upvote your friends which is really ridiculous of SEMC trying to punish the toxic players with hurting the rest of the community even much more.
