I like Krul with three armor items, and boots. I'm not crazy about locking up your other two slots with weapons. Tornado Trigger seems lkike the better choice of the two you have. I've used Serpent Mask as Krul and Glaive, and it just does so little to help... especially compared to smite and rush. I totally agree that teams should be kept seperate from solo ques. It's just not even close to the same. I get so many games where it's either a team, or we're so out matched it's unplayable within 10 minutes. Once in solo we were getting beat so badly we all danced around the spawn point while the enemy finished off our crystal since we couldn't surrender. I'm at 156 wins, and usually in the "PRETTY GOOD" skill tier, Karma level 16. I always que solo. I tend to die a lot, but try to give my teammates the opportunity to get kills, or at least survive.

I've played a few games lately where I've prioritized Breaking Point, boots, and 3 defensive items. I found the Warhorn to synergize well with that build.

I love and hate this ability. I've been using it as krul and recently had great success with just Breaking Point, Boots, and 3 defensive items. It's hard to have a build and character that allow you to build the stacks to make this work.

I went 9,2,9 with a build close to this. I grabbed Ironguard contract Breaking Point Travel Boots Reflex Block Light Shield and Light Armor... and the game was over. I beat a WP Krull 1v1 who was higher lv than me ;) The enemy didn't seem to understand my build, and I was able to stay engaged a long time. I've tried Breaking Point quite a bit and sometimes I love it sometimes I hate it. Enemies with good escspes like Taka, or good at kiting like Ringo can make it miserable.

Once I got to the "pretty good" level this build (breaking point and serpent mask) became less effective. Energy recharge, and cooldown acceleration seem more valuable than the small lifesteal. Clockwork is fun, but I'm not sure it's the most valuable. Most enemeies either try to get away before I build many breaking point stacks, or teammates come help kill me. I've been using bonesaw instead. After bonesaw I've been grabbing frostburn which makes it easier to chase, or...

I actually really like Breaking Point. As Krul the weakness stacks and survivability are intended for prolonged fights. If you use Shadows Empower Me to engage, You have Dead Man's Rush, From Hell's Heart, and Travel Boots to chase. If I'm using Breaking Point I like Shiversteel, but Frostburn has similar value in prolonging fights. I play Glaive a lot, and have been chased down by Krul enough to know he's good at prolonging fights whether the enemy wants to or not.

I have tried it, and it has not gone well. You show Warhorn as part of your early/mid build, but 5 out of 7 of your screen shots don't include Warhorn.... That also seems to be the part of the game that starts to go badly for me. I tried following your build closely and it usually goes something like this: I start with iron guard, and run to the far side of the jungle, kill some creeps and get swift shooter and sprint boots. Any thoughts on Ironguard? As a jungler I almost always pick it up, and replace it with defense later. After building the core what should the priority be for the t3 items? I was thinking; aftershock > frostburn > breaking point > journey boots > crucible > atlas pauldron?? I find most games are pretty well controlled by the time I have 3 t3 items, and few matches end with any player having 6 t3 items.
