Yeah, a friend of mine who plays on Andriod before the 1.9 update never received Taka, and he's a daily player.

Well, I was low on health and decided to teleport back to base. As soon as ported back to base, I died. How the heck did I die? I laid there dead at spawn and my team and I were all confused. How? Since the enemy Skaarf got the last hit, he got the kill. I'm sure he doesn't even know how he got it. Many heroes work well with Catherine. I love having a Catherine on the team when I play Celeste, especially. Place a star right on top of them while they're stunned, then cast a stun of my own right as they're conscious again, leaving me to supernova the star and continue to pursue with star after star until dead. I do believe the matchmaking is horrid. Having great karma, you would think you would get more of a reward other than a karma bonus. I would have hoped that I would get teamed with others with great karma (the people who earned their karma through commitment). Yet, I seem to run into AFK'ers. Anyone can have a problem with their net. I did once. Thankfully I got back in the match quickly enough. I don't have any problems either. I only play on wifi, though, and I'm the only one who uses it, so yeah...no problems with lag.

I believe it is immediate. It only took me a couple games to get back to great karma, but on that second game, I immediately raced over to check on my karma status to see if it upgraded from good to great. No change. As soon as a notification popped up saying that I've been honored by a player, I went back to my profile and the last honor I was given bumped it back up to great karma.
