I don't know - There once was a time that I was logged into another persons account for about ~20 seconds until I was automatically logged out. But that wouldn't really be the cause seeing as you have to enter something or buy it with opals that nobody has more than 30 of. The ultimate reason this could happen is that someone entered your username into the giveaways. If you have any friends that play, they could have entered you into it.

I have played this game about since it came out and I have never experienced anything like this. I know that I am not the only one going through this either. Just last Saturday I was in Credible Threat Silver but when I started playing matches between Sunday morning and Monday night I have fallen down to Worthy Foe Gold. Discord, Skype, and for Apple, Facetime can all run in the background while using other apps. Just make sure the device you are using can run one of the apps in the background. I use AC mainly because jungle clearing is much faster with it. It also helps your hit speed late game with Sorrow Blade. Once you have all 4 attack power items, you will be dealing crystal and weapon power every other hit. This also makes it so you can stutter step much faster no matter what you are attacking. Sure the same can go for tornado trigger, but this also adds more crystal power too.

I know that playing alone is much easier than putting a whole group together, but if you have a friend or 2 that play the game (and are at your general skill level) you should be playing with them as much as you can. I don't seem to have a problem. I do usually only play 1 or 2 ranked matches until I can play together with someone, which is what I suggest you do. Make sure you are always playing with people and if you aren't playing with people, I suggest you only play 1 - 2 matches. I don't know what rank you are in, but once you hit about Worthy Foe gold and above, ranked matches are much better and you wont get matched up with bad players.
