I really like these ideas. The energy regen is something I thought was needed a long time ago and even more now. Maybe even having an item like the fountain of renewal but it would be for energy regeneration instead of an ability. I also think that Grubitsch has a really good idea with the new hero of an ent - the tree of life. This hero would be melee that hits with it's branches. Lyra is no longer really OP, her passive can't slow as much, and her bulwark only lasts for 2 seconds which isn't as bad as Cath's ultimate being up to something close to 4.5 seconds. If you were going to say anyone is OP then Cath is the one you should be talking about.

There isn't any reason for you to keep them because they are no longer useful, go ahead and destroy them for the extra essence.
