Personally, I would overdrive Fairy Dust first simply because of the slow since you have a 70% slow when it's overdriven. That's the same as an Adagio slow and lasts more than twice as long. I would probably alternate between the two abilities for maximum damage/slow so I would probably overdrive the B at lvl 9-10 and overdrive the A at lvl 10-11.

1) If you tap away before you actually execute the attack, you will hear the attack sound but you won't actually attack (sort of like failed stutter stepping) 2) If you want to stutter step with Koshka, you should probably get extra attack speed (at least a Blazing Salvo) or else stutter stepping won't do anything but I don't think that Koshka needs extra attack speed as her heroic perk is changed. Alpha for sure. She is good in most team comps and amazing in team fights if you play her right. Also, Gwen is just a lot harder to learn and master for most people.

Most people in SA and above are decent and will play properly but going through Credible Threat and The Hotness is horrible because most of the trolls and people who can't/don't want to roam or play properly are in that tier. I suggest playing with trusted friends, guildmates, or teammates if you don't want to solo queue.

That usually depends on whether or not they build armor.

You could 1) build more defense, 2) stick with your roamer and play defense, or 3) constantly gank the enemy laner to try and get more gold and get ahead in items. Also, never engage or go anywhere alone (if possible) unless your team is snowballing.
