A guest is just someone who hasn't taken the time or doesn't want to have an official name account. They are able, like you though, to level up their Karma, and to climb up tiers.

Depending on what time you play, there may be fewer online. I don't think there are as many EU players as NA.

Just because you have kills, does not mean you're going to win. Kills mean nothing in a team game, for all we know you could have stole the last hit of a kill. You need teamwork to win, and overall the goal is to destroy the vain. And that can become blurred to people. Many times I have had teams, and am guilty of it myself, becoming too cocky when they have the upperhand and most of the kills, and wind up loosing due to their lack of good teamwork late game, and wind up being...

Yes it's a pain if someone leaves, but many people team up, and one of them can leave and take the hit for the other two if they're getting beat terribly, and the two won't be punished. And the devs don't want that.
