To add a little tip to the build, if you are against enemies who have aegis be sure get broken myth before aftershock and when you are fighting the enemy team wait until the fight goes on for a bit then use you're third to hit at least 2-3 enemies, do not target a single target who is running away.

Recently started leveling up

Ringo player in lane, can kite and do massive damage and earn gold in the early games with protection from the turret. Ringo is weak at the start, if they decide to invade then you are doomed.

Normally I build shiver steel, breaking point, aftershock and bonesaw. Shiversteel stops the enemy from getting away. Breaking point stacks your damage the longer a fight goes. Aftershock does a percentage damage of 15%. Bonesaw shreds the enemy's armor which lead to more damage.

AFK system isn't quite complete, right now if an ally leave the match it might mean a instant loss and if you are trying to level up your skill tier it might ruin your day, they should add some small adjustments like if teammate leaves the match then you lose less karma and ELO. There's some other problems with vainglory crashing and counting as AFK and left match.

If this hero is actually in game it would be too op, because the fact it slows and poisons if you have some burst teammate like glaive, taka, skarrf and Celeste it would be way too op.

I usually get contraption first, mainly because contraption and help you stratagise and prepare for enemy incoming. If you use the mine well in the early games with contraption you can do serious damage. War horn is only good if you have a huge advantage on the opposing teaM.
