Seriously? You just plagiarized the hell out of another guide. You could have at least changed some of the wording after you copied and pasted.

Wish you'd put an actual guide with this. Samuel is easily my best character and for the life of me I can't figure out what this build is trying to accomplish, and I'd love to hear your perspective.

Let's not forget, as much as we try to, above all else this is a business for SEMC. They have stats about how much each character is played. There's obviously no way to confirm this, but I'd be willing to be that Apprentice Samuel and Seraphim Adagio make them far more money than a T3 Taka or Petal. And given how pathetically little occurrences I encounter an Ozo in either Ranked or Casual, I imagine it might be quite some time before we see a skin for him, especially all three tiers....

"Blocking" with Skedaddle is very difficult because it's a much smaller window than a reflex block. Skedaddle is designed for after the fact. Once Koshka's C hits you can Skedaddle and run away. One note is that it doesn't avoid the damage, only negates the stun.
