As a Taka player I'm not sure you would consider Taka OP-ed. When played well you can clean out the entire team in ten seconds, but he's also incredibly fragile if you know how to shut him down. For starters, until I get X-Retsu, I'm pretty much useless against any player who is competent enough to not over-extend. ^ What he said. The support hero in your team should buy IGC first (unless it's agreed upon that you're doing triple jungle invades, that kind of thing) and stick to the jungler like a leech. Support gets first hit to tank the mobs, and jungler gets last hit. If I play with someone who indicates that they're support and they don't understand this concept, I'm flat out downvoting you regardless of the outcome of the game, because it's a clear lack of skill/game understanding in my books.

Pick a couple of heroes which you enjoy playing and get good at them. You'll ultimately want to be proficient with a laner, jungler, and a support character.

There really isn't a specific set of KDA numbers you can ascribe to a skill tier, simply because it depends on who you go up against, your own team composition, and a whole host of factors. As very general rule of thumb is that if you're playing full support Cath, you should have a much lower kill count than your assist count, because you're really just there to help your carry get the kill (and your carry should get the kill to level up as quickly as possible). I believe over on the main VG forums the description of the updates for v1.6 says that it is due to provide more insight into skill tier progression, though I'm not sure if they would show that kind of fine-grained data. Word's also that thumbing up/down a person will have more effect on the matchmaker, though once again, we'll probably only know the exact details when v1.6 lands.

You might need to elaborate on what kind of data you're looking for. You can view everyone's KDA, mobs killed, and their items purchased at the end of the game if you tap "Details". If you've been given a thumbs up, you will know who it came from via the notifications that pop up on the top right. There's unfortunately no way to know if you've been thumbs downed.
