In this guide I, xVanc will be explaining what the roles of the Captain, Carry, and Jungler.
I will be showing you what they are supposed to do, and what their role is in-game.
First off, the Captain.
What does the captain do you ask?
Well the captain's job is to simply guide, and protect the
team from any dangers. Your goal as the captain is to assemble
the team together for a rush. You're also supposed to soak up
the damage to tank for your teammates. Make sure as a captain,
to build your character with defensive items, and utilities.
Also, if you have any spare cash, buy yourself a crystal/weapon
item to help the team with the killing. If you're losing health
retreat immediately. If you die, your teammates will fall with
you because you're the only hope, the tough tank to soak the damage.
Secondly, the Carry.
What does the carry supposed to do?
Your job as the carry is to support the team with damage.
You also have to stay behind the captain and let them tank.
Build your character as a strong, well-equipped hero. Pack
yourself with crystal/weapon items and sometimes you'll need
speed to run away so buy yourself one when you have spare cash.
If your enemies have lots of health, or shield/armor make sure
you get yourself a shield/armor piercing item. If they have lots
of health make sure to get the heavy costing items like sorrowblade
or shatterglass.
Third, the final one, the Jungler.
What is the role of the jungler?
Your goal as the jungler is to secure the jungle and ambush the weak.
You may go to the lane once in a while to help your mates brush off
the enemy. You can wait in bushes and ambush low-healthed enemies
in the lane or jungle. But overall, your main objective is to kill
the carry. Once the carry is dead the opposing team will have to
retreat due to a weak hold. As a jungler build yourself with some
fast boots to roam the jungle. Also build yourself with enough damage
to kill the Carry, and or counter the carry using shield/armor or health.
