Excuse me, but Ringo should jungle, under one circumstance. SAW is in the lane, if SAW is in the lane, Ringo will get no gold what so ever because it is hard to last hit minions with SAW's stacks to go up against. But I agree with you, my Ringo build has just been published and I think you should check it out, I get Tension bow, Tyrant's Monocle, Aftershock, Sorrowblade, and boots, if I can get all that I get tornado trigger.
